1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by Andrea Ballo (“Influencer”). Adobe may be identified as a promotional partner where required by law.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.

  • Employees or affiliates of Adobe or its agencies are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Period

4. How to Enter

To enter via Instagram:

  1. Follow @Cocomichelleillustrations and @AdobeCreativeCloud

  2. Like the giveaway post

  3. Comment on the post and tag at least one (1) friend

Each unique comment counts as one entry. Duplicate or spam entries may be disqualified.

6. Prize

  • One (1) winner will receive:
    Custom designed coloring book created by Andrea Ballo

  • Approximate retail value: $20 USD

Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winner will be selected at random using a third-party tool.

  • Winner will be notified via Instagram direct message within 3 days of giveaway closing.

  • If the winner does not respond within 14 days, a new winner will be selected.

8. Prize Delivery

  • Prize will be shipped within 14 days after confirmation.

  • Sponsor is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or damaged packages once dispatched.

9. Taxes

Winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with receipt of the prize.

10. Publicity

By entering, participants agree that the Influencer may use their name/handle for winner announcement and promotional purposes.
